Digital Signs At Conferences

07th July 2015 - 11:33

Events organisers should look to digital signage to engage their audience members with messages and information.

Digital signage can be used in the main conference room to provide information to people about everything from the Twitter hashtag you are using through to where the teas and coffees are. They can also be used to display information about timings and schedules.

Consider whether or not a menu board may be useful when you are planning on serving large amounts of people at once in a small space.

They are becoming increasingly popular in meeting rooms or break out rooms that you are using at your conference. Use the signs to display information on where and when events are taking place to avoid people missing out on the best bits of your event.

Choose digital signs that you have some significant editorial control over as you will need a signage system that can be changed at different times of day to give out the messages when you want them broadcast.
