d|sign Meeting is an interactive map which quickly and easily highlights what meetings are being hosted for that day and in which rooms they can be found. Maybe you have lots of different conference rooms each hired out by different customers and you are full to capacity. All of the conferences are starting at a similar time in the morning and you are expecting hundreds or even thousands of visitors to all arrive at your venue at the same time.
d|sign Meeting shows where each room within your venue can be found in the form of a floor plan. This is displayed on a plasma or LCD screen. A logo of each meeting host is shown on the screen whilst at the same time the room in which they are hosting their meeting is highlighted on the floor plan. This lets delegates easily see where their meeting is being held without having to queue at reception to ask.
