"This is an important development in improving communications, and is a key tool in our commitment to keep our 3,000 employees well informed on what is happening at their garage and within the business as a whole. It allows us to rapidly disseminate information in a very visual, accessible format."

Kevin Bennett, Director of Communications and Recruitment

d|sign CASE STUDIES: METROLINE
Metroline is one of London’s leading bus companies, currently running 12% of London buses. Their primary business is providing bus services under contract to Transport for London. Metrolines main objective is to be the best bus service provider in London.

Metroline recently captured the technology gong in the first transport awards ceremony, and have been short listed for a similar prize at the National Transport Awards.

Metroline was facing challenges in trying to communicate with it’s frontline staff. Bus drivers and garage staff would not have time to read the newsletters were circulated and often static posters went un noticed. Procyon introduced D|Sign Professional to over come this challenge and help Metroline communicate with their staff far more effectively. All 10 of Metrolines garages were fitted with 42” LCD displays supplied by Procyon; these are driven by D|Sign Professional.

In an article that appeared in Aprils edition of the transport trade publication Transit Magazine, the Managing Director of Metroline Steve McAleavy, was quoted as describing D|Sign as “the single biggest improvement in the eyes of staff”.
