The Hilton London Metropole is Europe's premier, UK's largest and London's first genuine conference and meetings hotel. 3 to 3,000 can meet, 2 to 2,000 can eat, 1 to 1,000 can sleep under one roof, right in the heart of London. The hotel has a total of 40 conference and meeting rooms with 4,100 sqm (44,000 sq ft) of flexible, pillar-free space. The two major conference suites in the West Wing, the Monarch and King's Suites can each accommodate 1,700 delegates.

The Hilton needed to replace a failing system for its 15 Plasma Screens. The Hilton wanted a system that would welcome visitors to the conference centre and quickly and easily direct them to their desired location. Procyon implemented D|Sign Professional to control the system and D|Sign Meeting to quickly direct meeting delegates to their location.
